MUSIC SERIES – Goblins at the Door

Gettin’ into that Halloween spirit with a poem inspired by the Monster Mash. 😉

Goblins at the Door

Growling, griping, groveling

the goblins come gallivanting,

smashing my gardens underfoot;

demanding tribute to their devilry.

They gnash and flip and wail

until I fling open the oaken door

and they stare in startled silence.

So, my pretties…starburst or skittles?
